Launchworks
Launchworks is where I help founders and "soloprenuers" take half-built products and make them launch-ready with design, UX, front-end polish, and whatever it takes to ship. I've spent years building products for government and major brands, and now I bring that same experience to startups and solo founders who need senior-level help without agency overhead or offshore guesswork. I field most of the work myself, but I've got a strong network of senior specialists I can bring in when needed, including top-notch designers, usability testers, and the occasional esoteric programmer (Erlang, anyone?).
If You're Having Troubles Like
- "AI got me almost there, but it can't finish it the way I want."
- "I don't know if users will get it."
- "We keep adding things to make it 'ready,' but it never feels done."
- "We've been at 90% for months."
I Can Help By
- UX - No AI can code well a poorly defined app, and you can't cross a finish line if you don't know where it is. UX is the source of most downstream headaches: unclear MVP goals; confusing flows; or features that don't quite fit. I help you define what the product is supposed to do and map a lean, obvious path for your users so the design, code, and copy finally work together.
- Code - I stabilize what's built, cut the bloat, and make it production-ready.
- Graphics - I refine the look and feel so everything feels deliberate and professional.
What I Offer
Free "Just Get It Done" Review
An hour under NDA to sort out what you've built, where you're stuck, and what it'll take to finish. I'll follow up with a short written report, and you can decide how you want to proceed.
When you book, I'll send a brief mutual NDA for e-signature before our call.
